Our Orchestra
Mr. Qiu Jianqin(Ken), Chairman of the Board of Directors, embarked on his professional journey as an apprentice in a wooden furniture factory at the age of 15. With over three decades of experience in the wood and bamboo products industry, Ken has consistently demonstrated a strong affinity for natural wood products.
In his formative years, Ken traveled extensively across Asia, Europe, and America. During these travels, he observed the severe environmental impact caused by non-biodegradable packaging materials such as plastic. Recognizing that these materials posed a growing threat to ecosystems essential for human and animal survival, he was determined to make a difference.
At 24 years old, driven by this realization and equipped with comprehensive knowledge and resources from physical factories, Ken established WeWood Packaging Factory. His vision was to champion environmental sustainability by producing eco-friendly wooden products and packaging solutions.
Our History
2002
WeWood Wooden Furniture Accessories Company
WeWood Wooden Furniture Accessories Company was established under the leadership of Chairman Ken Qiu. Initiating operations in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, Ken srented three shops and acquired ten machines to commence business activities formally.
Semi-automated workshop
To enhance production capacity, our organization has strategically expanded its operations by leasing an 800-square-meter carpentry production workshop adjacent to WeWood Packaging. This facility is equipped with over 30 advanced pieces of equipment, allowing us to progressively transition towards semi-automated production methods.

2006
Standalone facility
After four years of dedicated development, WeWood Packaging has relocated to a 2,000 square meter standalone facility in response to customer demand for expanded production capabilities. The new site boasts two advanced woodworking production lines, a specialized painting line, and an efficient packaging line, supported by more than 50 sets of state-of-the-art production equipment.
Dongguan factory
In alignment with the company’s rapid development, we have garnered substantial customer support and trust over a span of seven years. To better serve the needs of international brands, we transitioned to an international manufacturing facility in 2009. During this period, WeWood Packaging was officially registered as our factory brand. We also relocated to a new industrial park, encompassing a plant area of 5,000 square meters. In alignment with our expansion efforts, we have established a state-of-the-art dust-free assembly hall and equipped a dehumidification room, alongside other essential production apparatus.

2010
Jiangxi factory
In response to the Nanchang County government’s initiative to attract investment, Ken promptly acted in 2009 by acquiring land and constructing a comprehensive facility. This establishment includes a three-story office building, a five-story staff dormitory, and five workshops dedicated to carpentry, painting, and assembly. Covering an area exceeding 20,000 square meters, operations commenced officially in 2010 with a daily production capacity reaching up to 100,000 units.
Vietnam factory
Over the past decade, WeWood Packaging’s foreign trade business has experienced rapid growth. In response to a significant increase in U.S. import tariffs in 2018, several American brands approached WeWood Packaging with requests to establish overseas manufacturing facilities. Consequently Ken traveled to Vietnam in 2018 to procure land for building a factory. The initial phase of construction comprised a three-story office building and two workshops dedicated to carpentry, painting, and assembly—encompassing over 20,000 square feet in total area. This new facility commenced operations in 2019 and boasts a daily production capacity reaching up to 60 million pieces.

2021
R&D Center
The official inauguration of WeWood Packaging’s R&D Center in Dongguan City. This new office houses an independent service and design team dedicated to delivering professional, collaborative design solutions to our valued customers.
Vietnam factory Phase II
In response to increasing production capacity demands from the U.S. brand sector and to bolster our operations in Vietnam, the WeWood Packaging factory in Vietnam has successfully completed the construction of a new three-story facility as part of Phase II of our expansion project. This development, finalized in 2022, introduces an additional 10,000+ square meters dedicated to enhancing our production capabilities.

2024
ZX PETS
ZX PETS was formally established in 2024. In the same year, we inaugurated a 450-square-meter pet showroom office that seamlessly integrates design, research, development, and sales operations. Our state-of-the-art pet products production line is situated within the second phase of our manufacturing facility in Vietnam.
Today
WeWood Packaging currently operates three manufacturing facilities and two offices globally, encompassing over 63,000 square meters of production space. With a dedicated workforce exceeding 300 employees, the company is committed to delivering environmentally sustainable wood products to its international clientele.
